Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators to deliver outstanding creative work. Develop and execute brand strategies and campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms. Oversee all stages of the creative process -- from ideation and design to final execution -- ensuring quality and timely delivery. Collaborate closely with marketing, strategy, and account management teams to maintain creative consistency. Review, refine, and approve visual assets, brand identities, digital ads, videos, and other creative deliverables. Stay abreast of design, marketing, and cultural trends to bring innovation to every project. Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Foster a collaborative, inspiring, and results-driven creative culture.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in a creative leadership or art direction role (agency or brand side). Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing, and campaign development work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) or similar tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and digital trends. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
