Job Description

The Creative Head will be responsible for leading the agency's creative direction across all projects and clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong creative background who can manage teams, guide concepts from idea to execution, and ensure all creative output meets brand, quality, and performance standards. You will collaborate closely with clients, account managers, producers, and the leadership team to deliver innovative and impactful creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and define the overall creative vision and direction for the agency Oversee creative development across video, digital, social media, branding, and campaigns Review and approve concepts, scripts, storyboards, and final deliverables Manage and mentor creative teams including designers, video editors, and copywriters Ensure all creative work aligns with client goals, brand guidelines, and timelines Present creative ideas and concepts to clients with confidence and clarity Collaborate with strategy, production, and account teams to deliver cohesive campaigns Maintain high creative standards while managing multiple projects and deadlines Stay updated with industry trends, platforms, and creative best practices

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in a creative leadership role (agency experience preferred) Strong background in creative strategy, content creation, and brand storytelling Proven experience leading and managing creative teams Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills Ability to think strategically while executing creatively Strong understanding of digital, social, and video-first content Portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and successful campaigns
