OnceCode Digital Academy is seeking a Creative Director to lead our brand storytelling, visual identity, and content strategy across all platforms (reels, YouTube, ads, website, and offline creatives). This role is for a senior creative leader who can turn marketing and business goals into powerful campaigns and content that attract and convert students.
Key responsibilities
Define and own the creative vision for the academy's branding, campaigns, and content, ensuring a consistent look, tone, and message across all channels.
Lead and mentor a small creative team (designers, video editors, presenters, content writers) and guide them from concept to final output.
Plan and approve ideas for reels, ads, landing pages, brochures, and in?class content, aligning every creative with admission and brand objectives.
Review and approve all major creatives before publishing, ensuring high quality, originality, and brand fit.
Skills and profile
Strong portfolio in digital/creative work (social media campaigns, branding, video?led content), preferably in education, edtech, or digital marketing.
Excellent sense of visual design, storytelling, and brand building, with the ability to brief and direct designers and video teams clearly.
Leadership, communication, and decision?making skills to work closely with founders, marketing, and sales teams and connect creative work to results (admissions, leads, and brand visibility).

Pay: ₹17,197.70 - ₹63,733.68 per month
