Job Description

We're looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead the conceptual and visual direction of our advertising campaigns. This person will guide and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team to deliver original, compelling, and strategically aligned content across all media platforms. As a senior leader in the agency, you'll collaborate closely with clients, account managers, strategists, and production teams to bring big ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of creative concepts and campaign strategies for clients across industries. Manage and mentor a team of art directors, copywriters, designers, and digital creatives. Translate client briefs into high-impact creative solutions that align with brand positioning and marketing goals. Oversee the creative process from concept through execution, ensuring quality, consistency, and innovation. Present creative ideas and campaigns to clients with clarity, confidence, and strategic rationale. Partner with strategy, account, and production teams to align creative execution with business objectives. Stay ahead of cultural trends, emerging platforms, and design innovation to keep our work fresh and relevant.
Qualifications:

MBA or any Graduate with 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within an advertising agency or similar creative environment. Proven portfolio showcasing 360-degree campaigns, brand storytelling, and digital content. Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing creatives across disciplines. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Deep understanding of branding, consumer behavior, and visual design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, digital tools, and design trends. Bonus Points: Experience with integrated campaigns (TV, print, digital, experiential). Awards or industry recognition Background in UX/UI, motion graphics, or content creation for social media platforms.
