Job Description

The Creative Director is responsible for leading the creative vision, strategy, and execution across all brand, marketing, and communication initiatives. This role involves supervising creative teams, developing innovative concepts, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering high-impact visual and messaging solutions. The Creative Director plays a key role in shaping brand identity, campaign direction, and overall creative quality.

Key Responsibilities1. Creative Vision & Strategy



Develop and articulate the overall creative direction for the brand across digital, print, video, and advertising platforms. Lead conceptualization for marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and content strategies. Translate business goals into creative strategies that enhance brand positioning and customer engagement.

2. Leadership & Team Management



Lead and mentor designers, video editors, writers, and art directors to deliver high-quality output. Provide clear creative guidance, feedback, and direction to ensure consistent excellence. Manage workloads, set priorities, and oversee daily workflow of the creative team.

3. Campaign Development



Oversee ideation, planning, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Ensure originality, innovation, and strategic thinking in all creative concepts. Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

4. Brand Identity & Governance



Own and evolve the brand's visual identity, tone, and design guidelines. Maintain consistency across all creative materials and communication touchpoints. Ensure high-quality visual and messaging standards across digital and offline assets.

5. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration



Present creative ideas, concepts, and campaigns to clients or internal stakeholders. Understand client needs, interpret briefs, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives. Manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables with professionalism.

6. Production Oversight



Oversee production of photo shoots, video shoots, ad campaigns, and design deliverables. Approve final outputs such as artwork, videos, scripts, and layouts. Ensure timely delivery of creative assets within budget and quality expectations.

7. Market Research & Trend Analysis



Stay updated with industry trends, creative advancements, and design technologies. Benchmark competitors and inspire the team with fresh, innovative ideas. Incorporate new creative trends, styles, and techniques proactively.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
