As part of the network design & art team, develop & create unique, innovative designs and motion graphics for network and channel level campaigns across the organization.
About the team:
The team is responsible for delivering on creatives for the network. This includes conceptualizing and designing channel/ brand logos and strategizing on visual branding for all network campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translating those into creative solutions.
Engaging and brainstorming with team to define design goals & objectives, design elements, experience and branding.
Execute multiple projects ensuring timely delivery.
Ensure high-quality standards in all design outputs, ensuring consistency and excellence.
Reviewing the designs with the stakeholders, incorporating their feedback and assessing the design to ensure it meets the project goals & objectives.
Skills & Attributes for success:
Proficiency in design softwares, 3d softwares and other relevant tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities to address design challenges and find innovative solutions.
Deep understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and user experience.
Knowledgeable about current design trends, tools, and technologies to keep work fresh and relevant.
Stakeholder management & collaboration skills.
Project Management skills.
Preferred Education & Experience:
Graduate/ Post-graduate from premier design institute.
10+ years of experience in Design field.
