Role Overview As a senior creative in the Copy team, you'll be at the heart of shaping ideas that move people. You'll lead writers, craft brand stories across platforms, and partner with art, film, and strategy teams to deliver integrated campaigns. This role demands a balance of big-picture vision and hands-on copycraft, driving creativity while ensuring every idea makes a real brand impact. Key Responsibilities o Lead Lead and inspire the copy team to deliver scroll-stopping, award-worthy campaigns. o Turn brand briefs into compelling stories, crisp communication, and campaign ideas. o Shape copy across everything--digital films, social media, influencer activations, AR/VR, contests, reward programs, and integrated campaigns. o Collaborate closely with art, design, film, and strategy teams to create seamless work. o Own the brand tonality & storytelling framework for top clients across fashion, retail, lifestyle, and FMCG. o Mentor writers to push creative boundaries while keeping client goals in check. o Stay on top of global creative & cultural trends to keep our work fresh and bold. o Confidently present and defend ideas to senior clients. Requirements o 4-10+ years of experience in copywriting & creative strategy at ad/digital agencies (experience level flexible depending on role: ACD/CD/SCD). o A strong portfolio with integrated, digital-first campaigns for leading consumer brands. o Mastery of storytelling and adaptability in tone and style. o Leadership skills to mentor, guide, and inspire creative teams. o Fluent collaboration with art, design, film, and strategy. o Strong presentation and communication skills
