Own the Calendar

- Plan, oversee, and manage the social media content calendar -- from hygiene posts to campaign rollouts -- ensuring everything runs on schedule and on point.

Team Leadership

- Manage and mentor the content team -- writers, creators, editors, and designers -- to bring out their best work and build a powerhouse creative culture.

Stay Cine-Savvy

- Keep a pulse on pop culture, OTT, theatrical trends, celebrity news, and fan behavior to ensure our content stays relevant and relatable.

Client Communication

- Work closely with clients / communicate / de-escalate issues if and when & translate briefs into buzz-worthy social storytelling.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with strategy, media, and account teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment across all touchpoints.

Quality Checks

- Maintain the highest standards of content output -- reviewing copy, creatives, and final deliverables to ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment

Performance Tracking

- Analyze content performance, identify what works (and what doesn't), and optimize for higher reach, engagement, and impact
