Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Creative Director who can lead brand storytelling and visual communication across Savitara Infotech's verticals -- Savitar Realty, GoGoTrips, TravelXplore, and immersive B2B visualization products.

The ideal candidate combines creative leadership with hands-on direction from concept to camera. You'll oversee branding, campaigns, content creation, and production including Reels, brand AVs, and TVCs ensuring that every frame and message reflect our strategic goals and emotional tone.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the creative ideation and execution across digital, print, video, and experiential platforms.

Translate brand and business strategy into compelling creative narratives.

Direct on-ground video shoots defining camera angles, lighting, transitions, and visual storytelling for Reels, brand films, and TVCs.

Collaborate with production teams and editors to maintain creative vision from shoot to post-production.

Review and approve creative briefs, campaign concepts, and final deliverables.

Manage and mentor creative teams (designers, writers, and visual artists) for high-performance output.

Maintain consistency of tone, identity, and aesthetics across all verticals and campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Proven experience in creative leadership within advertising, media, or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of film language framing, direction, and production workflow.

Ability to balance creative storytelling with brand and business objectives.

Expertise in digital-first campaign planning and integrated brand communication.

Excellent visual sense, communication skills, and team leadership experience.

Preferred Background :

Hands-on experience directing shoots, AVs, or branded content.

Experience in real estate, travel, or tech-related content is a plus.

Strong creative portfolio demonstrating campaign direction and brand storytelling.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
