We are seeking a talented Creative Director - Art with 3-5 years of experience to join our team, where you will spearhead the visual direction of our client campaigns. We're looking for a visionary leader who can transform strategic insights into captivating creative solutions that resonate with audiences across diverse platforms.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop creative strategies that align with client objectives and drive engagement. Direct the creation of compelling visual content for advertising campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and market trends. Conduct brainstorming sessions with the creative team to generate innovative ideas and initiatives. Collaborate closely with the copywriter to develop clear and innovative ideas and concepts. Lead a talented team of designers and art directors, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, integrating new ideas and technologies to enhance creative outputs and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Commercial Arts, or related field. Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Creative Art Director or similar role in an advertising or marketing agency. Strong portfolio showcasing innovative campaigns and design excellence. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools. Exceptional ability in typography, layout, and prototyping. Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills. Knowledge of new-age AI tools. Experience & versatility to manage brands across different industries.
