Location: Mumbai

We're looking for a

Creative Director (Art)

who brings

bold ideas, impeccable craft, and digital instincts

to the table. You'll lead the visual vision of the agency, from brand-building campaigns to viral content. Your role is equal parts creator, curator, mentor, and storyteller--with a deep understanding of how audiences consume, scroll, and engage today.

You'll guide a multidisciplinary creative team and be the visual force behind work that shapes culture, earns attention, and drives performance.

Responsibilities

Lead and define the

visual identity and design direction

across all client brands Translate briefs into

innovative, platform-first creative concepts

Oversee art execution across social, digital campaigns, films, microsites, influencer content, AR/VR, and more Collaborate closely with Copy CD, Strategy, Content, and Tech teams Direct and mentor a team of art directors, visual designers, motion artists, and production partners Be hands-on when needed--conceptualizing, sketching, storyboarding, or moodboarding Maintain top-tier craft standards in typography, layout, UI, animation, and digital design Present to clients with clarity, confidence, and creative authority Stay ahead of trends in design, web3, content formats, platform behavior, and brand storytelling
Requirements

10+ years of experience in art direction/design, with at least 3-4 years in a senior leadership or CD-level role at a

digital/creative agency

A portfolio that demonstrates

360 campaign work with a digital-first mindset

Proven ability to lead

multi-platform content

, influencer marketing, performance campaigns, and branded entertainment Strong understanding of social ecosystems, mobile-first design, and digital storytelling formats Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and a working knowledge of motion/animation tools Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire, critique, and elevate creative work across levels Comfortable with fast turnarounds, agile content production, and working across multiple brands
