2. Content Creation & Writing (Malayalam and English)
Produce, write, edit, and proofread high-quality content across digital and print channels including websites, social media, advertising, blogs, video scripts, and campaign materials.
Ensure all content is engaging, accurate, and optimized for audience and platform.
3. Leadership & Team Management
Supervise, mentor, and guide designers, writers, and content creators.
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance creative environment.
4. Brand Stewardship
Develop, define, and maintain brand guidelines.
Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, style, and visual identity across all platforms.
5. Project & Workflow Management
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing timelines, deadlines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure timely delivery of all creative and content deliverables.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, sales, and senior leadership teams to understand requirements, present creative ideas, and maintain cohesive messaging across campaigns.
Translate business needs into effective creative solutions.
7. Analytics & Industry Trends
Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, creative innovations, and pop culture insights to keep content fresh and relevant.
