reclaimed materials, adventure zones, whimsical playgrounds, thematically designed

amphitheatres, and inviting food havens - all harmoniously integrated into unique outdoor

environments that make spending time outdoors a delight.

We're looking for a perceptive and resourceful Creative Developer to join our pioneering

Ideation Team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the spark that ignites our park concepts,

transforming initial briefs into captivating and feasible realities.

What You'll Be Doing:

? Conceptual Alchemist: Dive deep into project requirements and briefs, conjuring

innovative and original concepts for park features, experiences, and overall themes.

? Idea Generator: Brainstorm relentlessly, pushing creative boundaries to develop a

diverse range of engaging and memorable park elements.

? Copywriter Extraordinaire: Presenting ideas and stories about the artworks and

parks with the creativity needed to convert even the most committed couch potato.

? Cross-Disciplinary Explorer: Draw upon your diverse creative background

(advertising, outdoor activation, events, experience design, environmental design -

or related fields!) to bring fresh perspectives to park development.

? Visual Storyteller: Translate your concepts into compelling visual presentations,

sketches, mood boards, and narratives to effectively communicate your vision (using

AI when needed).

? Feasibility Champion: Balance your imaginative flair with practical considerations,

ensuring concepts are not only exciting but also buildable, sustainable, and aligned

with project goals and budgets.

? Collaborative Catalyst: Work closely with the rest of the Ideation Team, providing

creative input and fostering a dynamic and inspiring environment.

? Trend Hunter & Innovator: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends

in outdoor recreation, design, and experiential activations.

What You'll Bring:

? A proven track record of generating innovative and impactful ideas in a creative field

such as advertising, outdoor activation, events, experience design, environmental

design, or a related discipline.

? A strong portfolio showcasing your conceptual thinking, creative execution and

writing skills.

? A commendable grasp of English grammar and spelling, without the help of digital

aids.

? Excellent brainstorming and ideation skills, with the ability to think both conceptually

and practically.

? Strong visual communication skills (sketching, mood boards, presentation software

like Powerpoint).

? The ability to work effectively within a team and communicate your ideas clearly and

persuasively.

? A proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset.

? Ability to work in accordance with business requirements, timelines, and budget

considerations.

? A genuine enthusiasm for sustainability and creative ways to integrate that into ideas.

Bonus Points For:

? Working knowledge of layout design principles

? Knowledge of consumer behaviour
