About the Role
We are looking for a talented Designer proficient in both graphic design and video editing to
join our creative team in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will
conceptualise, design, and produce high-impact visual content for our digital campaigns,
social media, website, and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing and
product teams to transform briefs into compelling visual narratives that drive engagement
and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
? Graphic Design: Conceptualise and design static creatives for social media,
Meta/Google ads, website banners, emailers, product presentations, and offline
marketing materials
? Video Editing: Edit and produce engaging video content including reels, shorts,
product explainers, testimonials, and campaign films optimised for different
platforms
? Creative Direction: Develop thumbnails, motion graphics, and visual elements that
enhance click-through rates and audience engagement
? Brand Consistency: Ensure all creatives and videos align with brand guidelines
and visual standards across all channels
? Platform Optimisation: Adapt designs and videos for different platforms (Meta,
YouTube, Google Display, website, Instagram, LinkedIn) and formats
? Collaboration: Work with marketing, content, and product teams to understand
project briefs, propose creative concepts, and deliver aligned solutions
? Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise
effectively, and deliver high-quality outputs within agreed timelines
? Trend Research: Stay updated on design, video, and social media trends; propose
innovative creative ideas for campaigns and initiatives
Required Skills & Technical Proficiency
Design Software & Tools:
? Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
? Proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics and animations (required)
? Hands-on experience in video editing including colour correction, sound syncing,
transitions, sequencing, and basic effects
? Understanding of aspect ratios, export settings, and platform specifications for
various social media formats
Creative & Design Skills:
? Strong eye for layout, composition, colour theory, and typography
? Ability to create basic motion graphics and simple animations for social media and
ads
? Understanding of visual storytelling and narrative flow in video content
? Excellent attention to detail and quality control
Professional Competencies:
? Strong project and time management skills; ability to meet tight deadlines
? Excellent communication and collaborative mindset; openness to feedback and
iteration
? Problem-solving approach and proactive attitude toward creative challenges
? Self-motivated with ability to work independently and handle multiple deliverables
Qualifications & Experience
? 1-3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or similar
creative role (agency or brand experience preferred)
? Solid portfolio or showreel demonstrating expertise in:
o Social media creatives (static and video)
o Paid ad creatives (Meta/Google Ads)
o Edited video content across multiple formats
? Degree/diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related
field (preferred but not mandatory if portfolio is strong)
? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with quick
turnarounds
Nice-to-Have Skills
? Experience with performance marketing creatives and understanding of hooks, CTAs,
A/B testing variations, and audience psychology
? Basic photography and videography skills; comfort with shooting short clips on
smartphone or camera
? Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Canva, or other rapid prototyping tools
? Knowledge of video production basics (lighting, framing, composition)
? Experience with content management or social media scheduling tools
? Understanding of marketing funnel and how visuals impact conversion rates
