Creative Designer
to develop engaging and impactful visual designs for [campaigns, branding, social media, print, and digital platforms]. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with technical expertise to translate ideas into visually compelling designs that align with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and design creatives for social media, websites, presentations, brochures, advertisements, and other digital/print materials.
Develop branding elements such as logos, infographics, posters, and visual identity systems.
Collaborate with content, marketing, and video teams to bring campaigns to life.
Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Adapt designs across multiple formats (social media posts, reels, GIFs, banners, reports, hoardings).
Use design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Canva, or Figma.
Stay updated on design trends, audience preferences, and innovative techniques.
Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
Provide creative inputs during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
Maintain an organized archive of design files for easy retrieval and reuse.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
Proven experience as a graphic/creative designer with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and design tools like Figma/Canva/CorelDRAW.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Strong creativity, originality, and attention to detail.
Ability to take feedback constructively and improve designs.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Motion graphics/video editing skills are an added advantage.
