Key Responsibilities:
Design
social media creatives,
banners
, infographics, brochures, presentations, and logos
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create
visually
compelling creatives
Work on UI elements, web page designs, landing pages, and
mobile-friendly layouts
Maintain brand consistency across all creatives and campaigns
Edit and enhance images using tools like Photoshop
, Illustrator, or adobe Creative suite
Work on short video edits, GIFs, and basic motion graphics (preferred but optional)
Take full ownership of design projects from concept to final delivery
Manage creative assets and maintain organized design files for reusability
Required Skills:
2 to 5
years of professional experience in graphic and visual design
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects.
Experience with
Figma, Canva.
Strong understanding of color
theory, typography, layouts,
visual hierarchy
and branding
Knowledge of
social media design formats
(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Basic knowledge of
UI/UX principles
and responsive design.
Ability to
handle multiple projects
, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to feedback
Good to Have:
Experience in
video editing or animation
(Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Understanding of
HTML/CSS
for design-to-code handoff
Previous experience working in
startups or marketing agencies
Basic understanding of
print design standards

Educational Qualification:
