Role Overview

Dad's Hack is seeking a talented and driven Creative Designer (Social media) to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. You will work closely with the Founder and Marketing Team to conceptualize and execute engaging visual content that reflects the energy and ethos of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality graphics and layouts for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Create and edit engaging short-form videos, reels, and animations using Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro. Translate brand campaigns and messaging into compelling visual formats. Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital channels. Support in designing assets for emailers, digital ads, events, and packaging if needed. Stay updated on visual trends and platform best practices to keep the brand's content fresh and impactful.
Requirements

1-2 years of relevant professional experience in a creative agency or in-house brand role. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and/or Premiere Pro. Skilled across the Adobe Creative Suite is a strong bonus. Strong portfolio showcasing your work across both static and motion content. A solid understanding of design principles including typography, layout, and colour theory. Ability to work efficiently, manage timelines, and contribute to creative discussions. Passion for storytelling, brand building, and visual innovation.
