About the Role

We are looking for a talented

Junior Creative Designer

with strong skills in Marathi creative design, illustrations, and brand-focused visual communication. The ideal candidate should be passionate about crafting creative concepts and delivering high-quality designs across digital and print mediums.

Key Responsibilities

Create

Marathi, Hindi and English language designs

for digital ads, social media, brochures, and print materials. Develop

illustrations, icons, logos, and calligraphy

based on brand guidelines. Assist in building visual identities and brand assets for campaigns and projects. Work on layout design, typography, color palettes, and overall visual aesthetics. Collaborate with the marketing and strategy team to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions. Ensure timely delivery of creatives with high quality and attention to detail. Adapt designs for different platforms (Meta, Google, website, print, banners, etc.). Maintain and organize creative files and project documentation.

Required Skills

Strong command over

Marathi, Hindi and English design aesthetics

, typography, and cultural nuances. Proficiency in design tools like

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Figma

. Ability to create

logos, icons, illustrations, hand-drawn elements, and calligraphy

. Understanding of layout design, color theory, and visual communication principles. Basics of brand identity and campaign design. Good sense of creativity, innovation, and detail orientation.

Preferred (Add-On) Skills

Knowledge of

video editing

(Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.). Ability to create short-form videos, reels, simple animations, or motion graphics. Basic understanding of

content marketing

, social media trends, and ad-friendly creatives. Experience in designing ads for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or YouTube.

Eligibility

1-2 years of experience

as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or Illustrator. Degree in

Commercial Arts / Applied Arts / G.D. Arts

(required). A strong portfolio showcasing

Marathi designs + illustration work
