Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile

Creative Designer

to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing compelling visual content across a range of media. This includes artwork for brochures, v-cards, internal and external branding, trade shows, social media, digital campaigns, and video editing. The designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our B2B industrial products and enhancing brand perception across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:



Graphic Design & Branding:



Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, catalogs, datasheets, banners, and product labels. Develop visually consistent brand assets for internal and external branding (stationery, signages, templates). Create designs for business cards, presentation decks, and internal communication materials. Develop booth designs, standees, roll-ups, and other creative elements for trade shows and exhibitions.

Digital & Social Media Design:



Design creatives for social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram) - static and animated. Create infographics, email banners, web graphics, and display ads. Collaborate with digital marketing for campaign-specific design needs.

Video Creation & Editing:



Create promotional, product demonstration, explainer, and testimonial videos. Edit raw footage, add motion graphics, animation, text overlays, and music. Ensure brand consistency and storytelling in all videos.

Marketing & Cross-functional Collaboration:



Collaborate with various functional teams such as New Product Development, Sales, Admin and HR teams to understand design requirements. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and launches. Ensure timely delivery and .

Miscellaneous:



Manage design files, version control, and archives. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques relevant to the industrial/B2B space. Suggest and implement process improvements in creative development.

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in a similar creative role, preferably in a B2B or industrial marketing environment. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Coraldraw). Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar tools is a plus. Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Video editing and motion graphics experience is mandatory. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time Excellent communication and presentation skills
