: Creative Designer - Marketing Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Designer to join our Marketing Department. Key Responsibilities
- Design Development: Create visually stunning and engaging designs for marketing materials, including digital advertisements, social media graphics, banners and presentations.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance the company's visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with business goals.
- Innovative Solutions: Develop unique design solutions to convey complex messages in a visually appealing and impactful manner.
- Campaign Execution: Support product launches and marketing initiatives by designing key visuals, promotional assets, and creative campaigns.
- Video and Animation: Create basic video edits, animations, and motion graphics to elevate marketing content (preferred but not mandatory).
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and competitor activity to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a Creative Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work across various mediums.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
