Job Description

Role Purpose:

The Creative Designer will be the visual voice of TPM Williams. Based in Kochi, you will lead the design and production of all brand collateral, from social media engagement to high-level technical documents for our GCC operations. You will ensure that every document submitted to clients in the UAE and KSA is polished, professional, and aligned with our global brand identity.

Duties include:

Professional Document Design & Support

Tender & Client Submissions:

Design and format high-impact documents for client submissions in the UAE and KSA, including Project Profiles and Prequalification documents.

Operational Documents:

Create and update existing company documents such as Claims Profiles, Quotations, and Capability Statements, ensuring they are visually structured for easy reading.

Marketing Collateral:

Design and maintain up-to-date Company Brochures, flyers, and newsletters.

Social Media & Digital Content

Content Creation:

Conceptualize and design engaging posts for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to showcase our project milestones in the GCC.

Engagement:

Create digital banners, infographics, and short-form video content/GIFs to increase brand visibility.

Website Updates:

Support the team in creating web-ready graphics and updating visual content on the company website.

Skills Required:

Software Expertise (Mandatory):

Adobe Creative Suite:

Expert level in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.

Microsoft Office:

Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint (essential for formatting quotations and profiles).

Video Editing:

Good knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a significant advantage.

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in both social media design and long-form document layout.

Visual Storytelling:

Ability to take complex engineering/project data and turn it into easy-to-understand infographics.

Attention to Detail:

Precision in typography, alignment, and "zero-error" document formatting.

Deadline Driven:

Ability to handle the fast-paced "Submission Deadlines" typical of the UAE and KSA construction markets.

Communication:

Strong English communication skills to liaise effectively with international teams.

Educational Requirement :

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience in Years :

Minimum 3 years of professional design experience, ideally within a corporate or construction/engineering environment.

Salary Package & Benefits

: Commensurate with the qualifications and relevant experience

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
