Job Description

We are seeking a Creative Designer for the Branding & Creative department at Haris&Co. A visual thinker who can translate ideas into bold, original, and effective design solutions. In this role, you'll work on brand identities, campaigns, and creative projects across mediums, while pushing creative boundaries and maintaining consistency in brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

Create visually compelling designs for campaigns, social media, packaging, and marketing collaterals. Develop brand identity designs with our team. Translate creative briefs into effective design solutions that align with brand objectives. Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and senior designers to bring ideas to life. Ensure consistency of brand identity across all design touchpoints. Support the development of brand assets such as presentations, brochures, posters, and digital content. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Requirements

1-2 years of proven experience as a Designer/Creative Designer Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,) Strong sense of layout, color, typography, and visual storytelling. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines. Collaborative mindset with good communication skills. A portfolio that showcases creativity, versatility, and design execution.
