Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Creative Designer

with a strong sense of fashion, aesthetics, and brand storytelling to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and AI-based design tools

, with a passion for creating eye-catching visuals that enhance brand presence. Knowledge of

photography

and visual styling will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design engaging

visual content

for product launches, retail campaigns, advertisements, digital marketing, and in-store branding. Develop creative assets including

posters, banners, lookbooks, packaging, product labels, social media creatives

, and campaign visuals. Collaborate closely with the marketing, retail, and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent visual identity across all channels. Use

AI tools

and new-age design technologies to enhance creative concepts and optimize production timelines. Assist in

photoshoots

-- planning, styling, capturing, and editing product or lifestyle images. Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure a unified visual language. Stay current with

design, fashion, and retail trends

to create fresh and relevant concepts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field. 4-5 years of professional experience in creative design, preferably in

Agency

and

brands

. Expertise in

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop

, and familiarity with

AI-based design tools

(e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, DALLE, or similar). Strong creative portfolio showcasing brand campaigns and product-related design work. Knowledge of

photography

, lighting, and image editing. Strong attention to detail, creative flair, and the ability to translate brand strategy into impactful visuals. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in
