Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and versatile

Creative Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics. This role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of current design trends and AI-powered creative tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visually compelling graphics for digital and print media using

Illustrator

,

Photoshop

, and

InDesign

. Create and edit engaging video content using

Premiere Pro

and

After Effects

. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns. Adapt and optimize designs for web, social media, presentations, and branding materials. Leverage AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or other AI platforms) to enhance creative workflows. Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure fresh and innovative design approaches.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of proven experience in a creative design role. Proficient in

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro,

and

After Effects

. Familiarity with

AI tools

in design and content creation. Strong conceptual, typographic, layout, and color theory skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work.

Nice to Have:

Experience with web/UI design or Figma. Animation or 3D design knowledge. Interest in emerging creative tech (e.g., generative AI, AR/VR design).
