Design and Deliver:

Develop wireframes, user stories, journeys, and mock-ups optimized for various devices and platforms.

Identify design challenges and implement innovative solutions.

Strategic Decision Making:

Contribute to high-level design and UX decisions that align with business objectives.

Technical Proficiency:

Demonstrate expertise in design software (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision Studio, Framer, UXPin, Origami Studio) and possess foundational HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills.

User-Centric Approach:

Leverage UX best practices, including user research, testing, A/B testing, prototyping, and accessibility considerations.

Iterative Design:

Continuously refine designs based on user feedback and insights.

Effective Communication:

Clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

REQUIREMENT:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in design or any related field. 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX field. Proficiency in Figma with strong design and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and ability to create pixel-perfect designs. Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Knowledge of user experience research methodologies. Experience with A/B testing and data analysis. * Proficiency in prototyping tools (InVision, ProtoPie, etc.).
