Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Graphic & Creative Designer who can manage the end-to-end design and content needs of our institution. This role will involve creating visual and video content for multiple platforms, managing social media creatives, supporting website and app design requirements, and ensuring consistent brand presence across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging graphics, posts, and stories for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Create and edit short-form videos/reels for social media.
Design YouTube thumbnails, end screens, and banners.
Post and schedule content across platforms consistently.
Assist with YouTube marketing, including creative campaigns, video teasers, and promotions.
Develop brochures, flyers, posters, banners, standees, and other marketing materials.
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure uniformity across all visual outputs.
Support website design needs (banners, page creatives, layout elements).
Capture high-quality photos and videos during school/institute events.
Edit and repurpose them for promotional use across different media.
Create digital assets for the learning app (photos, icons, formula cards, infographics, etc.).
Design internal teaching/learning aids when required.
Collaborate with teachers and admin to turn content into professional-looking resources.
Provide creative input for campaigns, events, and student engagement activities.
