Key Responsibilities:

Create visually compelling designs across multiple platforms (digital, print, social media, etc.) Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and visual strategies Design and animate video content using

Adobe Premiere Pro

and

After Effects

Produce high-quality static and motion graphics for various projects, including web, advertising, and social media content Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design work aligns with brand guidelines and project goals Stay up to date with the latest design trends and tools to ensure our content is fresh, innovative, and relevant

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Advanced experience in

Figma

for UI/UX design and collaboration Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction while also contributing original ideas A strong portfolio showcasing your design and animation skills Passion for creativity and a hunger to continuously learn and evolve in the field of design

Preferred Qualifications:

1-2 years of working experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Knowledge of web design and development principles
A passion for startups and a "roll up your sleeves" attitude.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with motion graphics and 3D animation (a plus) Experience in branding, marketing, or advertising
