We are looking for a talented, experienced, and highly creative Senior Creative Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design work, excellent visual communication skills, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual solutions across digital and print media.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative concepts and design solutions for digital and print collateral including branding, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, ads, brochures, packaging, and presentations.
Lead design execution from concept through delivery while maintaining brand consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, product, and development to support project requirements.
Understand target audiences and translate strategic objectives into visually compelling design.
Present and articulate creative ideas clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Mentor junior designers and provide constructive design direction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience
in creative design, preferably in agency or brand environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating strong visualization, typography, layout, and conceptual design skills.
Expert knowledge of design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma/Sketch.
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX design tools (preferred but not required).
Solid understanding of branding, color theory, composition, and design principles.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Must have your own system (laptop/desktop).
Preferred:
Experience in digital advertising and social media content creation.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS/WordPress (a plus).
Experience working with international/global brands.
