Understanding of UGC-style performance ads
Ability to create motion graphic ads (kinetic typography, transitions)
Basic branding understanding (colors, typography systems)
Experience
2-3 years
in graphic design + video editing
(Agency, D2C, startup or social media experience is a strong plus)
