We are looking for a
multi-talented Creative Designer
-- someone who thrives on
turning psychological insights into stunning visual stories
. You'll work alongside
neuro-marketers, consumer psychologists, and data scientists
to build branding, campaigns, and digital content that doesn't just look great, but
moves people.
What You'll Do:
Conceptualize
and design logos, brand identities, and social media visuals with meaning and psychological depth
Edit videos
for digital campaigns using storytelling, emotion triggers, and narrative design
Design for multi-channel formats: reels, motion graphics, print, web, and experiential media
Collaborate with our research team to align design with
consumer behaviour insights and neuromarketing cues
Use
AI tools
like Midjourney, DALLE, Stable Diffusion, and Adobe Firefly for visual concept ideation
Apply a
design thinking framework
from brief to prototype to polish
Contribute to product branding, visual guides, concept art, and UI/UX elements
Stay ahead of trends, experiment with formats, and help us set new visual benchmarks
Must-Have Design Toolkit:
Adobe Creative Suite
: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
AI + Creative Tech
: MidJourney, DALLE, Stable Diffusion, Runway ML
UI/UX Tools
: Figma, Canva (bonus points if you've worked with design systems)
Motion graphics, animation, typography, and visual storytelling will be part of your core creative toolkit.

Able to translate abstract ideas into compelling visuals

Knowledge of UI/UX frameworks or behavioural design principles
Experience with brand systems, storyboards, or social video scripting
