Spectra Medical is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented
Creative Designer
to develop compelling visual assets that elevate our brand across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate is skilled in graphic design, video creation, and multimedia content production--able to translate clinical and technical concepts into visually engaging communication for healthcare professionals and consumers.
You will work closely with the marketing, product, and clinical teams to deliver high-quality creatives that support campaigns, product launches, conferences, and daily brand needs.
Key Responsibilities Graphic Design
Create engaging static and dynamic creatives for social media, website, emailers, and digital campaigns.
Design brochures, posters, sunboards, standees, roll-ups, product sheets, and other offline marketing collaterals.
Develop visual identities and layouts aligned with Spectra Medical's brand guidelines.
Design presentation decks, infographics, and scientific communication assets.
Video & Motion Graphics
Conceptualize and produce short-form videos, reels, brand films, product demos, training videos, and conference teasers.
Edit raw footage, add transitions, subtitles, animations, and sound for polished output.
Create motion graphics to simplify complex medical/technical concepts visually.
Maintain a library of reusable video assets and templates
Digital Creative Production
Develop website banners, UI elements, landing page creatives, and digital ad assets.
Ensure creative optimization for various aspect ratios and resolutions (web, mobile, large displays).
Support digital campaigns with compelling visual storytelling.
Offline & Event Branding
Design conference booths, product demo counters, branding elements, and exhibition graphics.
Work with vendors on print specifications, material selection, and production quality.
Coordinate artwork adaptations for different print formats.
Brand Management & Collaboration
Uphold brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand creative requirements and deliver on timelines.
Contribute ideas for creative strategy and campaign development.
Assist in planning and executing visual content for product launches, workshops, and academic events.
Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
Knowledge of Figma or similar for UI/UX assets (preferred).
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to shoot basic video content.
Familiarity with the healthcare/aesthetics industry creative style is a plus.
Experience
2-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Multimedia Designer, or Creative Visualizer.
Experience producing creatives for both digital and offline channels.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of graphics, videos, and brand assets.
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to interpret technical/cosmetic dermatology concepts visually.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
High ownership mindset and willingness to experiment creatively.
