Job Description

We are looking for a

Graphic Designer

to join our creative team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing visually appealing

book covers, book pages, marketing materials

while also managing design projects from concept to delivery. You will collaborate directly with customers to understand their requirements, present design concepts, and gather feedback to ensure each project meets or exceeds expectations. This position is ideal for someone with at least

1 year of professional design experience (full-time or internship)

, strong organizational skills, and a passion for creative storytelling through design.

Note

We only encourage candidates living between Bhayandar - Goregaon in Mumbai to apply for this role since it requires commuting to office Monday-Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the creative team to design

book covers, book page layouts and marketing material.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Communicate directly with customers to understand design briefs, present design options, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction. Use tools like

Canva, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw

to create high-quality visual content. Work closely with content and marketing teams to ensure designs are aligned with

brand guidelines

. Proofread and edit designs to ensure clarity, visual balance, and grammatical accuracy. Stay updated with current

design trends

and incorporate innovative ideas into your work. Develop project timelines, track progress, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, creative design, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

Canva

and

Photoshop

is mandatory; working knowledge of

Illustrator/Figma/InDesign

and

MS Word

is a plus.

Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in

English

, including the ability to present designs to customers and handle feedback professionally.

Creativity:

Strong sense of design aesthetics, color theory, typography, and layout.

Project Management:

Ability to manage project timelines, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Attention to Detail:

High level of accuracy in design, proofreading, and final output.

Time Management:

Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple deadlines efficiently.

Collaboration:

Positive team player who can both give and receive constructive feedback.
