Creative Designer

to bring fresh ideas, design expertise, and storytelling power to our marketing and branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital and print (social media posts, brochures, advertisements, presentations, branding materials, hoardings, etc.). Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to design campaigns that resonate with homebuyers and investors. Create visually compelling content for social media platforms, websites, and property listings. Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications. Develop layouts and design concepts for project launches, promotional campaigns, and corporate branding. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and agencies for content production. Stay updated with design trends, competitor creatives, and innovations in the real estate/luxury sector.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Graphic/Creative Designer, preferably in

real estate, luxury, or lifestyle brands

. Strong proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects). Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects. Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D visualization is a plus.
