Event Coordinator & Creative Designer - Adithya Institutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Event Coordinator & Designer to plan, organize, and execute school events while handling creative design tasks for promotions, branding, and visual communication. The ideal candidate should be both organized and artistic, with strong communication and coordination skills.

Roles and Responsibilities: Event Coordination:

Plan, organize, and manage all school/ college events such as Annual Day, Sports Day, Cultural Programs, Competitions, and Special Assemblies. Coordinate with the Principal, teachers, and administrative team for event requirements. Handle event logistics including scheduling, venue setup, decorations, sound systems, and materials. Prepare event budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization. Supervise rehearsals and ensure timely execution of events. Liaise with vendors, photographers, and suppliers for event needs. Maintain event reports, feedback, and documentation for future reference.
Creative Design:

Design posters, banners, certificates, invitations, and other creative materials for school events and communication. Develop digital content for social media, newsletters, and school website promotions. Maintain consistent visual identity and branding across all school communications. Capture photographs/videos during events and support media content creation. Collaborate with the HR and Admission teams for marketing and publicity materials. Bring innovative ideas to enhance school aesthetics and event presentation.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field. Proven experience (02-05years) in event coordination and creative designing--preferably in educational institutions (Must) Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar software. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Strong creativity with attention to detail and deadlines.
