CherishX is a leading platform specializing in event decorations, experiential gifting, and personalized experiences. Our goal is to create unforgettable moments for our clients through stunning visual designs and innovative concepts. We are expanding our creative team and are looking for a talented individual to spearhead the design and conceptualization of impactful decorations for various settings like corporate events, malls, cafes, and more.

Position: Creative Designer

Location:

Kirti Nagar, New Delhi (Hybrid/Work-from-Office, as applicable)

Experience Level:

1-3 years of experience (preferably an interior design graduate)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.

Conceptualization & Design:

Develop creative concepts and decoration ideas for corporate events, malls, cafes, and other projects. Translate client requirements into visually appealing and innovative designs.
2.

Mood Board Creation:

Prepare mood boards that showcase design concepts, color palettes, materials, and themes for presentations. Use software like Photoshop, Canva, or PowerPoint to create professional-quality boards.
3.

Execution Planning:

Work closely with the production and operations teams to bring your designs to life. Assist in selecting materials, props, and layouts for on-ground installations.
4.

Understanding Trends & Aesthetics:

Stay updated with the latest trends in event decorations, interior design, and visual aesthetics. Ensure that all designs align with the CherishX brand identity and exceed client expectations.
5.

Color Theory & Styling:

Create harmonious color schemes and layouts that suit the theme and purpose of the event or space. Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and expertise in creating visually cohesive designs.
6.

Client Collaboration:

Interact with clients to understand their vision and provide suggestions based on professional expertise. Present design proposals and iterate based on feedback.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in

Interior Design

,

Visual Arts

, or related fields from a reputed institution.

Design Expertise:

Strong skills in creating layouts, mood boards, and theme-based decorations. Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.

Creativity & Aesthetics:

Excellent understanding of color theory, aesthetics, and spatial design. Ability to conceptualize and execute visually stunning decorations.

Communication Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. Confidence in presenting ideas and designs to stakeholders.

Experience (Preferred):

Prior experience in event architect , event stylist , corporate space decoration , interior designer etc.
