What You'll Do
Design engaging graphics for digital campaigns, social media posts, hiring ads, community events, and internal branding
Work with the marketing and sales teams to translate campaign ideas into eye-catching visuals
Take creative briefs and deliver clear, compelling designs with quick turnaround times
Explore and experiment with new tools, formats, reels, and AI-driven design trends
Adapt designs for various platforms--Instagram, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp creatives, web banners, and more
Stay consistent with brand guidelines while keeping things fresh and creative
What We Value
Mobile-first mindset for ad creatives
Understanding of color psychology & typography
Sharp eye for aesthetics, proportions, and feedback
Strong coordination with marketing, content, and sales teams
Willingness to learn, adapt, and use modern tools (like Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite, or AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) What You Bring
Degree or certification in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant fields (or self-taught with a great portfolio)
A basic to intermediate portfolio showing your design capabilities
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
Passion for storytelling through visuals
A team-first attitude and the hunger to grow
Bonus if You Have
Basic video editing skills or experience with motion graphics
Interest in employer branding and recruitment marketing
Some understanding of IT services, HR tech, or startup branding
