Job Description

Develop and present rough layouts illustrating design and copy placement--considering size, type style, arrangement, and overall aesthetics. Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to translate concept ideas into finalized designs. Create mock-ups and secure approvals before finalizing layouts. Operate typesetting and printing equipment--or liaise with vendors for procurement--ensuring quality and accuracy in final artwork. Maintain design software and hardware: perform routine checks, troubleshoot issues, manage inventory, and evaluate new tools. Coordinate effectively with external partners, including agencies, printers, and art services, to deliver on-time and on-budget. Stay current with design trends and technologies by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and networking in creative circles.

Desired Profile

2-3 years of hands-on experience in creative design, with a focus on events and stalls Proven ability to interpret client briefs and translate them into impactful stall layouts and event visuals Proficient in standard creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with MS Office Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Balanced blend of creativity and commercial insight

Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Design, or a related discipline
