Role Overview

We're looking for a Creative Designer with strong skills in 2D design, video editing, and motion graphics, who can conceptualize and execute visually striking content tailored for events, exhibitions, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring creative flair, technical proficiency, and a collaborative mindset to work closely with our 3D design, marketing, and event production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design event collaterals, digital creatives, and motion visuals aligned with brand and event objectives. Create marketing and promotional content for social media, exhibitions, and corporate events using Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite. Assist with storyboarding, visual concepts, and brand identity for event-based campaigns and immersive experiences. Edit and produce high-quality videos, teasers, and event highlight reels using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, including VFX, compositing, and color grading. Collaborate with the 3D design and event creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across digital and physical environments. Stay updated with emerging trends in design, motion graphics, and event visuals.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Ps), Illustrator (Ai), Premiere Pro (Pr), and After Effects (Ae). Strong understanding of motion graphics, color grading, and VFX. Experience in event-centric design branding, stage visuals, digital backdrops, and motion graphics for corporate events. Knowledge of Figma and Canva for quick concept creation and social media layouts. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional creative and production teams under tight timelines. Strong visualization, typography, and layout sense.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or Multimedia. 4-5 years of proven experience in creative design, preferably in events, exhibitions, or agency environments. Exposure to or interest in 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya) is a plus. A strong portfolio showcasing event-related design and motion work (mandatory).
