1.Design Trainer - Design Mastery

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Design Trainer with in-depth knowledge of

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, branding principles, design principles and end-to-

end design workflows. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver engaging training

sessions, mentor students, and help build a strong design foundation for aspiring

creators.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging classes on Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator as part of our
Creator Course.

Teach fundamental and advanced design concepts, including layout,
typography, color theory, and composition.

Provide hands-on guidance on branding, identity design, and real-world design
workflows.

Assist students in creating portfolio-worthy projects.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry standards.
Collaborate with the curriculum team to improve and evolve the design modules.
Inspire students to push creative boundaries and think strategically.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual storytelling.
Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, engaging, and practical
way.

Experience in teaching, mentoring, or training is preferred.
Passionate about teaching and guiding creative minds
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
