We're looking for a
Creative Design Lead
who can transform ideas into visually compelling brand experiences. This role blends creativity, strategy, and storytelling -- ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of brand identity, marketing, and digital design. You'll be responsible for shaping the visual voice of the brand across campaigns, digital platforms, and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Strategy
Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative assets that elevate brand identity and communication across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints.
Partner with marketing, product, and content teams to translate campaign objectives into visually powerful designs.
Ensure consistency in brand tone, color, typography, and design systems across all creative materials.
Design Execution & Storytelling
Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual narratives for campaigns, social media, web, and email marketing.
Design motion graphics, animations, and multimedia visuals that enhance engagement and storytelling.
Create and manage design system components for scalable and cohesive digital experiences.
Collaborate with copywriters to produce high-impact campaigns that connect emotionally and visually.
Innovation & Performance
Leverage data insights to refine visual communication and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Explore new design trends, tools, and technologies -- particularly in AI-driven creativity and digital storytelling.
Maintain a forward-thinking approach to creative execution while aligning with brand goals and audience preferences.
Leadership & Collaboration
Present design ideas and rationale to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Manage creative timelines, resources, and workflows to ensure on-time, high-quality output.
Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and design excellence.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience
in brand design, digital design, or creative strategy, preferably within a
tech, SaaS, or creative agency environment
.
Proven expertise in
Figma
and
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign)
.
Strong understanding of
brand systems, UX/UI principles, and responsive design.
Experience with project management tools such as
Asana, Trello, or Notion.
Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
Degree in
Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.
A self-starter who is detail-oriented, imaginative, and passionate about creating impactful brand experiences.
