We are looking for Content Editor/Migration Officer to join our team. This role will be based at our Atkins office in Bangalore, IN. How will you contribute to the team?

• This is an opportunity for a confident, dedicated Content Editor/Migration Officer based in Bangalore to work with our Global Comms team on a large project to migrate Intranet data from two sites onto one SharePoint site under supervision.
• We are looking for someone who will execute this transfer to the SharePoint site with the highest attention to detail and migrate articles and information within our guidelines. This requires pin-point accuracy, confident feedback and the ability to raise any issues as they arise.
• This is more than a data-entry role. You will be expected to work side-by-side with Content Owners to ensure the migrating content is not simply ‘Copied and pasted’ to the new intranet. You will be expected to think analytically about how the content should be realigned in the new environment to deliver the most meaningful experience for its readers.
• Your focus will be on transferring this data to timeline in a small team dedicated to this programme. You will be a strong communicator with experience of managing or migrating data in SharePoint. You’ll also be a team player, embracing the established processes and enjoying the buzz of a fast-paced, progressive working environment.

What will you contribute?

• Experience in managing content for global, multilingual sites with upwards of 1,000 pages.
• Experience with taxonomy-driven websites and intranets.
• Experience of the common principles associated with writing content for websites and intranets.
• Experienced in using the SharePoint platform and adding content.
• Experienced in checking content meets agreed criteria before processing.
• Experienced in managing large amount of data and recording progress.
• Regular updates on progress.
