What You'll Do:

Create impactful ad copies

for social media campaigns, Google Ads, display ads, and other digital platforms in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

Research & understand

target audiences, industry trends, and client goals to tailor messaging effectively.

Collaborate

with the marketing and design teams to develop content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

Write engaging content

for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

Optimize ad copies

to improve

click-through rates (CTR), engagement, and conversions

Analyze campaign performance

and refine content based on data insights.

Stay updated

on the latest advertising trends, consumer behaviors, and marketing techniques.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree

in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

1+ years of professional copywriting experience

(minimum 3+ years preferred for senior roles).

Proven track record

of writing high-performing ad copies in

Marathi, Hindi, and English

.

Strong portfolio

showcasing creativity, language proficiency, and ad campaign success.

Familiarity with digital advertising platforms

like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to multitask

and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.

Basic SEO knowledge

and how it applies to ad copy.

Strong communication skills

and the ability to work well with a team.
