Coordination with Agencies:
Coordinate with external creative agencies, including graphic designers, copywriters, and video
production teams, to execute marketing campaigns and deliver high-quality creative assets.
Manage the end-to-end creative process, including concept development, asset creation, review,
and final delivery.
Provide clear and concise briefs to creative agencies, ensuring that project requirements, timelines,
and deliverables are communicated effectively.
Review creative concepts and deliverables to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, messaging,
and campaign objectives.
Coordination with Brand/Marketing
Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand project requirements, campaign objectives, and
creative briefs.
Facilitate feedback and revisions between the Marketing team and creative agencies, ensuring that
all parties are aligned on project goals and expectations.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as the Marketing, Design, and Production teams, to
gather necessary input, approvals, and assets for creative projects.
Project Management & Hygiene
Maintain a detailed project management system to track the progress of creative projects, manage
deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of assets.
Manage the organization and archiving of creative assets, ensuring that they are easily accessible for
future use.
Stay updated on industry trends, creative best practices, and emerging technologies to continually
enhance the quality and effectiveness of creative deliverables.
