What You'll Do:

Write thumb-stopping ad copies for Meta, Google, YouTube, and more. Script high-converting reels, shorts, and brand videos (both UGC and scripted). Craft content strategies and write performance-driven landing pages. Collaborate with the CEO and video team on scripts that

sell, not just speak

. Turn briefs into bangers - for everything from saree businesses to studio apartments, dandiya nights to dermatology clinics. Work on multi-lingual content (mainly English with Telugu flavor when required). Come up with originaltaglines, themes, and hooks for retail, real estate, hospitality, and concerts. Understand different audience emotions and buying behavior. Sometimes wear the hat of a brand strategist or marketer while writing.

You're a Fit If You:

Can write fast, think faster, and brainstorm like a beast. Have experience in performance marketing or advertising. Know the difference between

"good grammar"

and

"good copy"

. Have worked on D2C, real estate, events, or local retail brands (bonus). Have a killer portfolio with ad copies, reels, scripts, and branding content. Love selling through storytelling. Are obsessed with growth, not fluff.

Nice-to-Haves:

Basic understanding of SEO, hooks, CTAs, and funnel-based writing. Have worked with video editors, designers, and paid media teams. Can switch tones easily - from classy and luxurious to quirky and relatable. Able to write bilingual or Telugu-mixed content when needed.
