Job Responsibilities



Develop engaging and impactful copy for social media platforms, campaigns, and digital ads that captures attention and inspires action. Create compelling headlines, captions, hooks, and storytelling narratives that align with campaign strategies and brand identity. Partner with designers, strategists, and marketers to ensure copy enhances visual assets and supports campaign objectives. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to keep content fresh and relevant. Adjust writing style and tone to suit diverse brands, industries, and target audiences while maintaining consistency. Contribute to campaign ideation by providing creative concepts and fresh approaches to storytelling. Create impactful, investor-ready pitch decks for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Requirements



2+ years of professional copywriting experience in social, digital, or creative agency environments. Exceptional writing, storytelling, and persuasive communication skills. Strong design capabilities with tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to shape messaging that aligns with business priorities and resonates with varied audiences. Portfolio demonstrating strong short-form and campaign-driven writing (social posts, ads, brand storytelling). Proven ability to adapt writing styles for multiple industries, brand voices, and audience segments. Strong sense of creativity, storytelling, and attention to detail in crafting copy that resonates Innovative mindset with the ability to align creativity with business strategy. Detail-oriented approach to ensure brand and messaging consistency.. Knowledge of how copy complements design, motion, and multimedia in social-first campaigns. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines, and contribute to collaborative team workflows. Familiarity with social media best practices, advertising platforms, and emerging content formats.
