Role Overview
We are looking for a
creative and strategic Content Creator
who can drive impactful storytelling across digital platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, shaping brand communication, and supporting content excellence across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals across blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
Create engaging content including articles, social media posts, case studies, infographics, YouTube videos, and short-form videos (Reels/Shorts).
Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and leadership teams for consistent brand messaging.
Track content performance metrics and optimize content for better engagement and reach.
Ensure high editorial standards through fact-checking, proofreading, and quality control.
Guide and support junior content team members and improve content workflows.
Stay updated with emerging trends, AI tools, and new content formats.
Experience & Skills Required
1-2 years of experience as a Content Creator or in a similar role.
Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills for B2B and B2C audiences.
Hands-on experience with content creation tools:
AI & Writing Tools:
ChatGPT / GPT-4, Caption.ai
Design Tools:
Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, Procreate
Video Tools:
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
Audio Tools:
Audacity, Alitu
Knowledge of digital content distribution and aggregator platforms.
Ability to manage multiple content calendars and work cross-functionally.
Experience with AI-assisted content creation is an added advantage.
