Content Creation & Direction

Develop creative and engaging content concepts aligned with brand and client objectives. Stay updated with trends in content creation, visual effects, formats, and storytelling techniques. Create scripts, shot lists, and content frameworks for shoots and campaigns. Direct shoots by guiding cameramen, editors, and on-screen talent to achieve the desired visual outcome. Ensure all content meets quality, tone, and brand standards before final delivery.

Creative Leadership & Vision

Lead the overall creative vision for content, campaigns, and digital storytelling. Ensure consistency in branding, storytelling, and visual identity across platforms. Review and approve creative outputs before publishing or client submission. Introduce innovative ideas to enhance engagement, reach, and content impact.

Project & Team Management

Plan and oversee multiple content projects from concept to execution. Coordinate with editors, designers, creators, and external collaborators. Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time. Provide feedback, guidance, and mentorship to the creative team.

Collaboration & Client Alignment

Work closely with internal teams to align content with marketing and business goals. Adapt content based on client feedback and project requirements. Communicate creative ideas clearly to stakeholders and clients.

Quality Control & Post-Production

Ensure smooth content flow during editing and post-production. Assist in organizing and optimizing footage for efficient editing. Maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables.

Growth & Innovation

Experiment with new content formats, platforms, and creative approaches. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging tools, and technologies. Identify opportunities to improve content performance and audience engagement.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
