You will be responsible for building, creating, and executing a high-volume content strategy across multiple digital channels, ensuring top-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
This role requires both
strategic thinking
and
hands-on execution
--you will ideate, create, edit, and publish content daily across multiple platforms while maintaining a high standard of creativity and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Copywriting
Write compelling, audience-centric copy for blogs, LinkedIn posts, case studies, whitepapers, and thought-leadership articles.
Develop engaging storytelling and positioning that aligns with brand tone and messaging.
Video Production & Editing
Create professional-quality videos using advanced AI tools as well as industry-standard editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.).
Edit videos for multiple formats (short-form for social, long-form for website/YouTube).
Enhance raw footage with effects, transitions, animations, and sound.
Graphics, Illustrations & Infographics
Design and scale creative assets (graphics, infographics, illustrations, GIFs, animations) using both AI-based design platforms and traditional tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma).
AI-Powered Content Creation
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, Runway, etc.) to ideate, scale, and accelerate content production without compromising quality.
WordPress & Publishing
Manage and publish content on multiple WordPress websites.
Optimize blogs, images, and videos for SEO.
Social Media & Multi-Profile Handling
Manage and grow
5-6 LinkedIn profiles simultaneously
, posting engaging, high-quality content daily.
Monitor performance, track analytics, and refine strategies for better reach and engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience
in content creation, video production, and digital publishing.
Proven expertise in
copywriting
and ability to adapt tone/style for different audiences.
Strong knowledge of
WordPress CMS
and SEO basics.
Hands-on experience with
AI-powered tools
for text, design, and video generation.
Proficiency in
video editing software
(Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
Graphic design experience with
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
and/or Figma/Canva.
Exceptional project management skills--ability to handle
high-volume content publishing
across multiple platforms daily.
A strong
portfolio
showcasing copywriting, videos, graphics, and other creative work.
Nice to Have
Experience managing B2B/Enterprise content.
Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, SEMrush).
Familiarity with growth marketing and content distribution strategies.
