We are looking for a

motivated and creative Business Analyst (Fresher)

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands branding, enjoys creating content, and wants to grow their career in marketing and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding & Strategy

Assist in building, maintaining, and enhancing the company's brand identity. Conduct market and competitor research to support branding strategies. Contribute ideas for brand campaigns and positioning.

Content Creation

Create engaging and relevant content for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content. Maintain consistency in brand tone, style, and messaging across platforms.

Marketing Management

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns. Analyze marketing performance data to generate reports and insights. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of marketing tasks. Assist in managing social media channels and tracking engagement metrics.

Required Skills & Qualities:

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Creative thinking with a strong sense of branding aesthetics. Basic understanding of marketing concepts and digital platforms. Good analytical and research skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or in IT field
