Role Overview

The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for shaping and leading X9's marketing strategy to establish it as the most trusted and aspirational concierge brand. This role combines brand building, growth marketing, partnerships, and thought leadership to drive subscriptions, build credibility, and strengthen client loyalty.



Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

Define X9's brand identity and ensure all marketing activities align with its premium positioning. Build a strong brand presence across digital and offline channels.
Marketing & Growth

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive subscriber acquisition and engagement. Collaborate with Sales & CRM teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals. Oversee advertising, performance marketing, and event marketing strategies.
Content & Communications

Lead the creation of lifestyle content -- social media, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and PR campaigns. Build X9's thought leadership presence via LinkedIn, media features, and collaborations.
Partnerships & Collaborations

Identify and negotiate partnerships with luxury hotels, restaurants, spas, travel agencies, and premium service providers. Co-create marketing activations with partners to deliver exclusive perks to X9 subscribers.
Data & Insights

Track marketing performance metrics (CAC, conversion rates, ROI). Analyze client data and market trends to optimize campaigns and refine service offerings.
Team Leadership

Build and manage a small but high-performing marketing team (digital marketer, designer, PR/Comms). Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and R&D to ensure marketing supports overall business objectives.


Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3+years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brand experience preferred). Proven track record of building brands, running successful campaigns, and delivering measurable results. Strong understanding of HNI audience behavior, premium market positioning, and partnership marketing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
